All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local Delivery (within Nigeria): 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

4. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
  • HMFDIRECT LTD is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. HMFDIRECT LTD is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:

HMFDIRECT LTD is not liable for delays caused by courier services, but we will always assist in tracking and resolving issues.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, processing may have already begun.
